- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had this card since I graduated from High School in 2003. It was a great way to start building my credit. They also offered a nice 0% rate to start with up to a certain amount, if I do recall correctly it was $100 or so. Being 18 years old that's really all I needed. I still use it here and there for small (up to $200) charges that I plan on paying off quickly. Like many others I wont close it because it is my oldest credit card and with a very high credit limit. It served its purpose and its always nice to know that I have this card and limit available for any emergency.By Sandra Ramos, June 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT SIGN UP. They prey on High School graduates with 30% interest rate. Another bank will give you a better rate. 30% is the maximum a bank can charge and they went right to 30% which sums up the kind of business they want to operate.By Javier Guerrero, June 21, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They send me 2 statements for the credit cards under my name which I never apply for. I called them to cancel those accounts and it took me 1.5 hours on the phone and still can't reach to the right person. It took 15 min to get the customer service pick up the phone, then she transfers me to specialized/investigation, then those people there transfer back to customer service, just like that for 5 times with the same reason that she/he doesn't have the power to do it. I gave up. hang up the phone. This is the worst bank/ credit card customer service ever. It took Chase credit card customer service only 2 min or less to answer the phone and less than 10 min to get the problems solve.By ngoc nguyen, October 08, 2016
